For non-emergency claims, please report your claim online as soon as possible via our online claims form.

For urgent claims, please call our 24/7 emergency claims service team at 1-866-952-2876. This includes clients that belong to a group. 

Reminder: If you’ve been affected by severe weather and have experienced damage to your property including home, vehicles and/or belongings, please take photos and make a list of affected items. It’s helpful to provide as much information as possible when submitting a claim.

If you have been affected by recent flooding in Alberta, know that we are here for you when you need us.

If you’ve been impacted by flooding and have experienced damage to your personal property, including your home, vehicles, or belongings, please take photos and make a list of the affected items. Providing as much information as possible will help when submitting a claim.

Wildfire Support

With the occurrence of wildfires increasing each year across Canada, know that we are here for you when you need us.

If you're affected by a wildfire and have been ordered to evacuate, you may have coverage for some of your expenses. Please keep any receipts for costs incurred due to an evacuation order.

If you need to submit a claim, please call us at 1-877-976-7248 to speak to a broker and discuss your claim options. This includes customers that belong to a group.
